To apply payment to your invoice(s), go to “Billing” >> “My Invoices” to check for any due invoice.
If you would like to renew your domain and there is currently no due invoices for the renewal of it under your account, please follow these steps:
– Login to your account and go to “Domains” >> “My Domains”
– Click on “Manage Domains” next to the domain name that you would like to renew.
– Click on “Renew”. and then choose the number of years you want to renew.
– Apply payment to the invoice that will be automatically generated.
